Privacy and Required Technologies

Overview

Agronomy Manager processes account, profile, operational, and technical data so that authorized users can sign in, use the application, and keep the service secure and reliable.

We currently rely mainly on technologies that are required to operate the service, keep users signed in, remember language preferences, prevent abuse, and display basic interface state. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies in the web application code.

Required technologies

Some technologies are required before you can continue to protected actions such as sign-in or registration. These technologies support authentication, session continuity, security checks, fraud prevention, and language selection.

• Authentication token cookies are used to keep signed-in users authenticated.
• Refresh token cookies are used to renew authentication securely when a token is close to expiry.
• A language preference cookie is used to remember whether the interface should be shown in English or German.
• A required-technology acknowledgement cookie is used to remember that you accepted this notice.
• Standard ASP.NET session or temporary cookies may be used for short-lived framework features such as redirects and temporary status messages.

Cookies and local storage used by this app

The application may store or access the following categories of information on your device:

• Authentication cookies to sign you in and keep your session secure.
• Preference cookies such as the ASP.NET culture cookie used to remember your selected language.
• Notice acknowledgement cookie named am_required_tech_ack, which records your acceptance of the required technologies notice for a limited period.
• Local storage entries used to remember whether the "What's New" message has already been shown to a specific user or guest browser.
• Development environment selection cookie may be used in development-only scenarios to remember a non-production API target.

These items are used for core functionality, service protection, and limited interface state. They are not intended for advertising profiles.

Third-party security service

The login and registration pages load Google reCAPTCHA to protect the service against spam, scripted abuse, and malicious sign-in or registration attempts. reCAPTCHA may read or place cookies and similar data on your device when those pages are used.

If you do not accept the required technologies notice, the application will not enable reCAPTCHA-driven sign-in or registration flows. You may then leave the site.

Your choices

You can review this page before accepting the required technologies notice. If you do not want these required technologies to be used, you should leave the site and not continue to protected actions.

You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out, reset your language preference, or cause the required notice to appear again.
